on target training on educational programs of higher education for places within the target quota.

What is target training?

Targeted training is training in the university under the contract on target training with the customer of target training.

If the citizen has concluded such an agreement, then: the customer is obliged to provide the student with support measures during the period of training and after graduation to employ him. The citizen is obliged - to master the educational program and work from 3 to 5 years.

How to enter the places within the target quota?

Admission to places within the target quota is a special format of admission to the university, which allows you to enter the training on a separate competition.

A citizen should - study the full list of offers that will be published by customers until June 10 on the Internet on the Unified Digital Platform in the field of employment and labor relations “Work in Russia”, choose the offer that best meets his wishes, and apply for the conclusion of a contract on targeted training in accordance with this offer.

Bachelor's degree programs and specialist programs:

- if a citizen submits an application for admission to training through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions), then when submitting an application for admission, he/she will be able to familiarize himself/herself with the offers of customers and apply for the conclusion of an agreement on targeted training through the Unified Portal;

- If a citizen submits an application for admission to training directly to the SCSA (in person, by mail or through the information system of the university), he/she must independently familiarize himself/herself with the offers of customers on the Unified Digital Platform in the field of employment and labor relations “Work in Russia” and apply for the conclusion of a contract on targeted training in the SCSA during the period of acceptance of applications for admission to training, that is, from June 20, 2024 to July 25.

For residency programs:

- The citizen must: independently familiarize himself with the offers of customers on the Unified Digital Platform in the sphere of employment and labor relations “Work in Russia” and submit an application for the conclusion of a contract on targeted training to the university in the period established in this university for the reception of applications for admission to training.
