The Faculty of Foreign Students is one of the promising faculties of the Medical Institute of the North Caucasus State Academy, where more than 500 students study. Training of students in the specialty 31.05.01 General Medicine, focus (profile) General Medicine (with a foreign language included), has been carried out since 2016.
The Faculty of International Students was created to provide quality education to students from different countries, ensuring their full immersion in the educational process. We strive to create a friendly and supportive environment where each student can realize their potential and become part of an international community.
The curricula are developed taking into account international standards and include both theoretical and practical aspects. In addition to basic knowledge, students who show interest in science successfully engage in research activities and win prizes at Russian and International Olympiads. Students also combine their studies with cultural and sports activities. Educational activities at the Institute are carried out by 18 departments.
Students of our faculty have excellent chances for successful employment both in their country and abroad. Our students become sought-after specialists, ready for the challenges of the global labor market. A graduate who has mastered the educational program of specialty 31.05.01 "General Medicine" and successfully passed the State Final Certification is awarded the qualification of "General Medicine Physician" in specialty 31.05.01 "General Medicine".
After passing the initial accreditation procedure, the graduate has the right to practice medicine. And to obtain a medical specialization, it is necessary to study in a clinical residency.
