VIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern aspects of sanatorium-resort treatment, medical rehabilitation and sports medicine”.

On October 24-25, 2024 the All-Russian scientific-practical conference was held in Essentuki. The main purpose of the conference was to improve the professional level of specialists of different profiles, familiarization with innovative approaches to the organization of medical activity in the field of sanatorium-resort treatment, medical rehabilitation and sports medicine.

The main scientific directions of the conference:

1. topical issues of sanatorium-resort treatment and medical rehabilitation of children and adults;

2. Clinical recommendations in medical rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment;

3. Natural therapeutic resources: legislative basis for their use in rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment; 3.

rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort purposes;

4. Normative-legal regulation and quality control in the field of medical rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment;

5. New approaches in restorative treatment and medical rehabilitation of patients with comorbid pathology; 5.

6. Support for participants of the SWO and their families. Provision of rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort assistance;
