- Construction of heat and gas supply, ventilation, water supply and water disposal systems;
- Economics, organization, planning and management in construction;
- Operation of machines, equipment, technological complexes used in construction and production of building materials, products and structures.
Graduates are prepared to perform the following professional activities:
- Design, construction, operation, repair and reconstruction of industrial and civil buildings and structures;
- Graduates can work in construction, design and research organizations, in the construction department (shop) of any enterprise, in the system of housing and communal services;
- Graduates know modern means of computer design.

- Reconstruction and renovation of existing buildings of the city.

- Cadastre and evaluation of land property;
- Technical, economic, legal, environmental and management expertise of real estate;
- Construction Auditing and Inspection;
