Education: Graduated from the Stavropol State Agricultural Institute in 1994, specializing in agronomy, qualified as a scientist agronomist, specializing in irrigated agriculture.

Thesis defense: In 2001 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic: "The formation and development of the system of food supply in a transitional economy (On the materials of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic)

Area of Scientific Interest: He is engaged in the study of organizational-economic and natural-climatic factors to increase crop yields in the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic.

Author of more than 80 scientific and educational works, including 13 articles in peer-reviewed journals recommended by VAK RF

HISTORICAL OVERVIEW

Department of Agronomy and Forestry was formed as part of the Agrarian Institute of SevKavGTA August 29, 2014 (decision of the Academic Council of SevKavGTA dated 26.06.2014 № 10 and dated 29.08.2014 №01, as well as the Rector's order № 532/0 of 29.08.2014)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Currently, the department is staffed by a highly professional teaching staff. In the department work 1 assistant, 11 associate professors, 13 candidates of science, 2 professor, 2 doctor of sciences. Research work of the department is aimed at developing methods and techniques to improve the productivity of crops. The results of research work of employees of the department are reported at international, all-Russian, national scientific and practical conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation.
