Goal:
Organization of providing qualified psychological assistance to students and employees of the Academy, including ensuring social adaptation and rehabilitation of students and employees in need.
Tasks:
ensuring the quality and accessibility of psychological care, including emergency, to students and employees of the Academy;
creating conditions for strengthening psychological well-being, mental health and positive socialization of students, psychological support in difficult life situations, including the provision of emergency psychological assistance;
assistance in building and implementing personal professional plans of students;
assistance in strengthening the spiritual and moral sphere of students, including the development of intercultural tolerance and traditional family values, prevention of xenophobia and extremism;
organization of measures for risk assessment, prevention and correction of aggressive and autoaggressive behavior of students, formation of resilience and constructive interpersonal skills;
promoting the formation of a stable negative attitude towards the use of psychoactive substances, alcohol, as well as other harmful habits;
conducting scientific research in the interests of the development of psychological support for higher education;
participation in monitoring of the current state of psychological services conducted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation;
prevention and provision of psychological assistance in overcoming crisis situations, emotional burnout, personal and professional deformations of scientific and pedagogical staff of the Academy.
