Ruslan Makharovich Kochkarov, Rector of the North Caucasus State Academy, celebrates his birthday today

Ruslan Makharovich is a candidate of Law (PhD), associate professor, a man with rich professional and life experience. He is a graduate of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute and the Academy of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, a fighter pilot, lawyer and manager. Over the years, he has worked in various public service positions, contributing to the development of the region and the country.

Ruslan Makharovich has been working in the higher education system since 1997, and has been the head of the North Caucasian State Academy since 2012. Under his leadership, NCSA has gone through important stages of development, strengthened its position as a modern multidisciplinary university, expanded educational programs, scientific activities and international cooperation.

Ruslan Makharovich is the author of more than 40 scientific papers, including two monographs and eight educational and methodological works. He is actively engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities, paying special attention to the education of young people and the development of the academic community.
