The NCSA Medical Institute held a ceremonial lineup for first-year students
Today at the Medical Institute of the North Caucasian State Academy, a festive line dedicated to the beginning of the new academic year was held.
This year, 526 new students joined the academic family, including 150 citizens of the Republic of India. In total, the institute is studying about two thousand people - future doctors, dentists and pediatricians. Already on Monday for first-year students will begin the educational process and an exciting journey into the world of new knowledge.
The rector of NCSA Ruslan Kochkarov addressed students with a greeting:. «In the difficult time that our Fatherland is experiencing, it is especially important to remember that the reliable future of the country largely depends on highly qualified specialists. While their peers with weapons in hand protect the motherland, medical students must comprehend the knowledge that will become their main weapon tomorrow - a weapon of life and salvation», - said Ruslan Kochkarov.
He stressed that training at the academy will be a real school of professional development for first-year students. This is confirmed by the experience of senior students: since June 2022, more than 250 NCSA students have completed an internship at the military hospital in the city of Rostov-on-Don. During this time there were 35 two-week trips, which became for students of school courage and responsibility. On September 1, a new phase of work begins in the academy: at the suggestion of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, training of regular medical officers and reserve medical officers has begun on the basis of the Military Training Center. Staff officers after graduation will serve in medical institutions of the Defense Ministry, and reserve officers will be able to continue their service in the country’s military hospitals if they wish. The Rector of NCSA wished the students success in their studies, strong spirit and high results on the path to professional development.
