Clause 1 of the Regulations on Scholarship Provision in SKGA dated 13.02.2017. 1.4. The following types of scholarships are established in the Russian Federation: 1) state academic scholarship to students; 2) state social scholarship to students; 3) state scholarships to postgraduate students, residents, assistant trainees, interns; 4) scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation; 5) personal scholarships; 6) scholarships to students appointed by legal entities or individuals, including those who sent them for training; 7) scholarships to students of preparatory departments in cases provided for by the Federal Law of 29.12.2012 № 273-FE “On Education”. In addition to the types of scholarships listed in this paragraph, SCSA may establish scholarships at the expense of funds from income-generating activities. |

Clause 1 of the Regulations on financial support of students in the SCSA 1.3. Under the material support is understood as a one-time financial support provided to needy students of SCGA in monetary form. 1.4. Only needy SCGA students who are citizens of the Russian Federation, mastering basic educational programs of secondary vocational education and higher education programs - bachelor's degree programs, specialist programs, master's degree programs; programs of training of scientific and pedagogical staff; residency programs; programs of preparatory departments can claim to receive material support at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget. 1.5 The needy students can apply for material support regardless of receiving other types of material and social support, including scholarships awarded in accordance with the Regulations on Scholarship Provision in SCGA. 1.6. Needy students have the right to claim for material support on each basis no more than 2 times in a calendar year, unless otherwise provided by these Regulations.
