Indeed, the main requirements to the charters of educational organizations are stipulated by Article 25 of the Federal Law № 273-FZ. These include the indication in the charter of the type of educational organization; the founder or founders of the educational organization; the listing of the types of educational programs implemented with the indication of the level of education and (or) orientation; the establishment of the structure, the order of formation, term of office and competence of management bodies of the educational organization, the order of making decisions by them and speaking on behalf of the educational organization. The latter provision is also specified in part 5 of article 26.
