F.S. Bekirova lectures and conducts seminars on the subjects of ‘Constitutional Law of Russia,’ ‘Constitutional Law of Foreign Countries,’ and ‘Constitutional and Legal Regulation of the Organisation and Activities of State Authorities in the Russian Federation.’
Has experience teaching courses on ‘Theory of State and Law,’ ‘International Law,’ ‘Jurisprudence,’ and others.
Specialises in issues of constitutional law in Russia and its constituent entities, as well as constitutional law in foreign countries.
The author of a number of scientific and educational works.
General information
The department's subjects are mainly taught in the first and second years. The main focus of the department is to train future lawyers, a worthy generation of leading specialists who are well versed in constitutional and administrative law, as well as in the emergence and development of the state and law in Russia and other countries.
The department's activities are aimed at stimulating student learning. Active and interactive teaching methods are used in the teaching process to stimulate students' educational and cognitive activities by improving teaching forms and methods, as well as organisational and management tools.
