The Centre for Career, Employment and Support of Inclusive Education ‘North Caucasian State Academy’ was established in 2021 to facilitate the employment of graduates in accordance with the obtained specialty and temporary employment of students during the holidays.


Objectives:


To promote employment of NCSA graduates in accordance with the speciality obtained and temporary employment of students for the period of holidays;

To develop and support the growth of business activity, self-organisation and self-realisation of young people in working life;

Monitoring of the labour market;

Organisation of mediation between the employer and the university;

Assistance in employment of graduates with disabilities and persons with disabilities of the Academy, their adaptation in the labour market;                                                                      

Creation of special conditions aimed at ensuring the training of highly qualified personnel from among the disabled and persons with disabilities in all areas of training (specialities) of the Academy in accordance with the needs of society and the state, meeting the needs of the individual in intellectual, cultural and moral development;

Psychological and pedagogical support of students, as well as disabled people and persons with disabilities.


Areas of activity:


Consulting job seekers (students and graduates) on employment issues, as well as parents of applicants in the most demanded specialties in the labour market

Interaction with public authorities of the region, including territorial bodies of the state employment service of the population

Cooperation with enterprises and organisations - potential employers for NCSA students and graduates

Conducting information and advertising activities to promote the employment of graduates and highlighting the activities of the NCSA Career Centre

Conducting mass events: job fairs, career days, individual presentations of employers, training seminars.

Formation of a database of graduates, job seekers, employers, open vacancies.
