Apostille of the Russian Diploma

The Russian Federation and the Republic of India are signatories to The Hague Convention of October 5, 1961. In accordance with the Convention, in order for Indian documents to be valid in Russia, they must bear an apostille certificate confirming the capacity of the government official signing the document, authenticity of the signature and, where appropriate, of the seal or stamp on the document. Documents with apostilles do not require any further legalization. 

Apostille is an international standardized form for filling out information about the legality of a document for presentation in the territory of countries that recognize this form of legalization. The "Apostille" stamp is placed only on original state-issued documents on education.

List of required documents:
1. Application for the provision of a public service
2. Original document on education and (or) qualifications, document on academic degree and academic title (with appendix)
3. Copy of the identity document of the applicant
4. Receipt of consent to the processing of personal data,
5. Document on payment of the state fee for affixing an apostille

The application and documents are submitted by the applicant to the Ministry of Education in person or sent by registered mail with notification of delivery and a list of attachments to the address: 369000, Cherkessk, Lenin Street, Government House with the note "Confirmation"
